Come down to the Havre Elks Club Saturday April 22nd from 1-3 PM to learn about your medical and end-of-life choices in Montana State, as well as hear from some local speakers about what resources are available locally to help assist you in EOL preparedness. There will be Advanced Directive paperwork available for Medical Power of Attorney, with a Notary of the public present to complete paperwork for those who have their Health Care Agent present with them at the workshop. Cookies and Coffee will be available, and donations are welcome.
